I will stay with Sprint as long as I have such helpful and kind service. They have no problem helping an old lady like me(Ma bell days) understand a smartphone. I now love my iPhone and can't be without it. I'm actually on my way there now just to ask whoever is working today to please help me understand how to do something on my phone. As a friend of mine says... a dummy with a smartphone!!! I can understand it only because of help from these outgoing friendly professional Sprint employees
