We never felt like we were getting talked into something we didn't want or ask for. Tony was incredibly professional, sincere, and thoughtful. He listened to our feedback and we quickly found the right mattress at a great price. We actually left, visited another store, and quickly returned to Mattress Firm - because the other store, although cheaper, could not match comfort or professionalism. If we ever need to buy another mattress, we will come here to buy from Tony.
