    I am not one to write reviews but we had a very bad experience here. Our rug was dropped off 1/25 and we were told it would be 2 weeks. We gave them a little over two weeks before contacting them to see if it was ready. Nope, not yet. No big deal. Tried again the following week. Nope--try back next week. They finally gave us a hard date. We went a couple of days after due to weather (putting it in the back of a truck)....got there and it's not ready!!! Four weeks now. My husband says he's not leaving without it. They haven't made the repair to the fringe. So he waited while they made the repair. Got it home and put it down....it stinks. Smells like mold. It's still wet. Tried to contact Adrian multiple times... No response. We paid for deodorizing treatment and stain protection which I can all but guarantee we didn't get. Extremely disappointed. To spend over $700 to get a rug cleaned and get these results is ridiculous. I feel like I have been robbed. It would be one thing to wait that amount of time and have the job done. But to go more than two weeks over the estimated time frame and only have it cleaned (and still wet) but not repaired, deodorized, or stain protected....then do nothing to make it right? No apology or anything. Unacceptable It appears they moved--just a couple bays down but still same building. I am guessing this had something to do with the delay. It would've been nice to have gotten a heads up before dropping our rug...or even an explanation that hey...this is what's happening and your rug is on the back burner. We own a family business as well which is one of the reasons we picked this place...along with all the great reviews. I can say that our experience has been anything but great. I will update if they attempt to make it right...but for now we are left with a very bad taste in our mouth...and a very smelly rug
